Spark Mk1
First Competition Solar Car,
Fall 2023 - Present
Spark Mk1 is the Phoenix Racing Team's very first competition car. It was designed and built in Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. The first race it competed in was FSGP 2024, where it took 7th out of 20 teams! While there Spark Mk1 completed 275 miles of driving!
Spark P1
First Prototype Solar Car,
Spring 2022 - Spring 2023
Spark P1 was the first build that Phoenix Racing completed. This was a test bed and prototyping car in which the team was able to build their skills to prepare for the future competition level cars. The Spark P1 has now drove over 150 miles in total!
